Anthony Molina is a blessing in my life. Most of you have either heard or seen pictures of Anthony or both. For those of you who don't know Anthony yet, you will know him very soon....as he is a crucial part of the band, a signature to the sound that we are bringing you, and the engineer and producer of the next album (as well as major musical contributor).
The first time that I had the honor of playing with Anthony was last year in September for our fall tour together. I distinctly remember looking over at him during one of our songs when he started playing this really cool rift on his guitar. I was looking over at him with the look of, "Oh My God" when I started hearing these incredible sounds streaming from my right side where he was sitting. We acknowledged in that first moment that there was something really cosmic and innovative happening here with the Sound.
He's got this cosmic and dreamy vibration about his playing, and this combo lends to really epic sounds and experiences with our music. He is an alchemist...he knows just when and where to insert certain sounds and styles. Its so cool about Anthony, you know, because he never is shy about trying new things while we are playing. He is completely comfortable pushing the limits, and that is something that I truly resonate with. I can't express in words how happy I am to play with some one that likes to explore the Space. It is so refreshing and energizing. With that said, he is ever so tasteful with his playing, and he is quite the classy gentleman.
Besides all of this, he's really fun to be around!
Right now Anthony and I are working on the new album to be released some time in the near future, and we are bringing you this new sound that keeps evolving so quickly with us. I am really excited about the new work, and I am really looking forward to sharing it with you.
